PRESSURE PUMPING AND WATER SERVICES
Magna provides full service pressure pumping which includes frac, kill, and acidizing. Magna has the highest power and newest pumping equipment in the Powder River Basin to service CBM producers. Since the creation of Magna an average of one new pump per year has been added to our service fleet. Magna also features water trucking services with both vac trucks and full size tankers. Magna continually upgrades and adds new equipment to ensure customers experience first class service when bringing newly drilled wells online for production and maintaining optimal flow for producing wells. Safety is a core value for Magna and our operators are trained thoroughly on all aspects of our equipment with safety meetings before each job performed on customer sites.
Frac Pumps
Magna has state of the art Quintuplex pumps capable of pumping large amounts of water per minute under high pressures. All of these frac pumps carry 10,000psi rated hardline and a variety of high pressure fittings to configure to the wellhead. Electronic kick to neutral switches have been installed on all frac pumps along with manual pop off valves. We carry a large inventory of frac balls and all of our operators have extensive numbers of ball diversion jobs completed. Each of our pumps also carries ball guns.
Acid Pump
Our acid truck is capable of 10,000psi and flow rates of up to 84 gallons per minute. This pump is also being used for mechanical integrity tests on our customer’s casing. It is set up with software capable of electronically recording casing pressures.
Vac Trucks and Kill Pumps
Magna has 80 barrel vac trucks with gear pumps, which are capable of 300psi+ pressures. Additionally, we have several trailer mounted pumps for diversified projects. Each of our 80 barrel vac trucks are set up with Challenger vac systems and spray bars for dust control. Several of these trucks also have high pressure gear pumps mounted on them for wellhead services such as well kills.
Water Tankers
Magna owns water tankers available for water hauling needs, such as enhancements, cement jobs and frac tank fills. All tankers are backtrucks, which results in less water spills providing a cleaner and safer environment.
